Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Theoretical Knowledge Instruction to aviation trainees, ensuring a thorough understanding of complex subjects.
- Monitor and actively support the academic progress of trainees, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Prepare and meticulously maintain accurate and detailed training records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all training policies, procedures, and documentation meet the highest industry and regulatory standards.
- Routinely review and update course materials, manuals, and examination content to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and compliant with current aviation regulations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in aviation instruction and demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:
- Extensive experience in delivering ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, revise, and oversee high-quality course material and assessments.
- A motivational and supportive approach to mentoring students, fostering an optimal learning environment.
- Strong professional report writing skills, capable of producing clear and concise documentation.
- Proficiency in IT applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, for administrative and instructional tasks.
