Responsibilities also include conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to maintain optimal aircraft condition, collaborating with flight crew and ground staff for seamless operations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices. Providing exceptional customer service to the aircraft owner and passengers is paramount.
