Role Overview

A unique opportunity exists for an ICAO-licensed First Officer to join a dedicated flight department operating a Bombardier Global 7500 exclusively for private flight operations. This role supports a high-net-worth principal on bespoke, long-range missions worldwide, with no commercial charter activity. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience on type, a strong safety-centric approach, and the ability to excel within a discreet, VVIP environment that demands adaptability to ever-changing international routing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the Captain throughout all phases of flight operations in a 100% private-use setting.
Execute safe and compliant flights in adherence with ICAO regulations.
Deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest levels of discretion when operating for UHNW principals.
Manage flight documentation, international routing complexities, and coordinate effectively with ground support teams.
Sustain operational proficiency through ongoing training, checks, and recurrent sessions.
Demonstrate adaptability and readiness for global dispatch on short notice.

Minimum Requirements

ICAO ATPL or CPL with ATPL credits.
Valid GL7500 Type Rating (essential).
Recent experience on type, ideally within the last 12-24 months.
Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
Demonstrated strong experience in long-range international operations.
Total flight time preference: 2,000+ hours.
Time on type preference: 250-500+ hours.
Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) and communication skills.
Commitment to the 1 month on / 1 month off rotation schedule.
Immediate availability or preparedness to commence employment on very short notice is strongly preferred.
