Role Overview

A prestigious and discreet private operation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Flight Attendant to join a stable and well-established aviation team. This role requires a refined service professional capable of independent operation and delivering consistently exceptional standards. The successful candidate will integrate into a loyal crew with over 10 years of tenure, reflecting a supportive and trusting work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fully self-sufficient inflight service, encompassing all safety, hospitality, and cabin preparation duties.
• Provide occasional support with catering, household, and ministry-related tasks (approximately 5% of the role).
• Maintain a polished and meticulous cabin environment with personalized service tailored to principal expectations.
• Uphold strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
• Integrate seamlessly into a long-tenured and cohesive crew structure.

Role Details

• Approximately 250 annual flying hours.
• Travel profile: 90% within the EU.
• Work within a stable private operation with a tenured crew (10+ years).

Requirements

• Strong background in private or corporate aviation service.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously without the need for call-back to base.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and refined, detail-focused service standards.
• Valid UK Cabin Crew Licence.

Compensation

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
