An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly professional and discreet VIP Cabin Crew Member to join a distinguished private aviation team. This role is based at Dubai International Airport and is responsible for providing unparalleled service to an ultra-high-net-worth individual operating Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) and Legacy 650 aircraft. The position involves extensive international travel, requiring adaptability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver bespoke and exceptional onboard service commensurate with VIP expectations.
Ensure the utmost cabin safety, security, and passenger comfort throughout all flight operations.
Liaise effectively with flight deck crew and ground support personnel to facilitate seamless and efficient flight operations.
Uphold absolute discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Execute comprehensive pre-flight preparations, including meticulous attention to catering arrangements and personalization of guest preferences.

Qualifications and Experience

Possesses 3-5 years of dedicated experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or Purser within the private aviation sector.
Demonstrated prior experience on VIP-configured aircraft, such as BBJ or Legacy 650, is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant asset.
Candidates must be based in Dubai or Europe, with a demonstrated willingness and flexibility to relocate to Dubai.
Exhibits strong interpersonal capabilities, a polished demeanor, and a professional appearance.
Proven ability to thrive within a multi-crew environment and adapt to dynamic, often unpredictable, scheduling demands.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: $5,500 - $6,500 USD, commensurate with experience.
Per Diem: An additional $100 USD will be provided for each day of travel.
Annual Package: A competitive remuneration package is offered, which includes potential for performance-based incentives.
Travel & Accommodation: All travel expenses and accommodation during duty periods will be fully covered.

Location and Schedule

Primary Location: Dubai International Airport, United Arab Emirates.
Work Schedule: This role operates on a standby rotation, integrated within a multi-crew setup.
