GOOSE Recruitment are looking for a Head of Cabin Crew to join a VIP Charter Operator based in Oxford, UK.

Our client are looking for a well presented, friendly and pro-active individual to join their team. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience within VIP/Corporate Aviation
• Reside with 60 minutes of Oxford Airport or be willing to relocate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English. Addition languages are considered a benefit.
• Strong ability to manage and train a team of Cabin Crew.
• Ability to prioritise tasks.
• Bring a flexible 'can do' attitude and always be wiling to go the extra mile.
• Capability to handle difficult conversations and coaching conversations
• Strong computer literacy e.g Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word

This is a Monday - Friday position, offering compensation days should you be required to fly over the weekend. It is predominately an office based role with the potential to fly around 25% of the time.
