Direct Entry Captain - Dublin Base
The airline is actively recruiting experienced pilots for Direct Entry Captain positions based in Dublin. Candidate Requirements:
Prospective Captains must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
- At least 1,000 hours flown on large (>5700kgs) multi-crew commercial transport aircraft.
- A minimum of 500 recent hours as Pilot in Command.
- Hold a valid EASA ATPL or CPL with frozen ATPL and a current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Hold an unrestricted right to live and work within Ireland.
- Demonstrate full professional fluency in the English language.
Assessment and Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will proceed through a structured assessment process designed to evaluate suitability for the role and compliance with regulatory requirements. The stages are as follows:

**Online Assessment:** This initial step includes a mandatory Work Related Behavioural assessment, required under EASA regulation CAT.GEN.MPA.175 for all new pilots prior to commencing training.

**Interview:** Successful candidates from the online assessment will be invited for an interview with representatives from the People team and Flight Operations department.

**Simulator Assessment:** Candidates who are successful at the interview stage will progress to a Simulator Assessment to evaluate practical flying skills and decision-making abilities.
Upon successful completion of all three assessment stages, a formal offer for a place on a Type Rating Course will be extended.
