Key Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will play an integral role in flight operations, executing duties that ensure safe, efficient, and luxurious travel for all clients.
- Provides essential support to the Commander aboard the modern fleet of Citation Mustang (C510) and Citation M2 (C525) jets, ensuring premium, safe, and efficient operations across more than 1,200 European airports.
- Proactively gathers and processes critical information regarding route planning, meteorological conditions, and passenger requirements to maximize operational efficiency, safety, and professionalism throughout the flight service.
- Executes thorough pre-flight aircraft checks, verifying system functionality and meticulously preparing the cabin to ensure passenger comfort and a stylish travel experience.
- Maintains comprehensive familiarity with EASA air legislation, standard aviation practices, and agreed operational procedures.
- Commits to maintaining and consistently exceeding rigorous required training standards and professional proficiency.
- Engages in effective collaboration with all internal support departments, including Customer Care, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet stringent regulatory and operational criteria to be considered for this coveted pilot position:
- Holds an EASA Part-FCL Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with frozen Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate.
- Possesses a valid EASA Part-FCL Medical Certificate Class 1.
- Minimum total flight experience of 250 hours, preferably gained within an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) environment.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 (Minimum). Level 6 is highly desirable.
- Must hold an unrestricted passport, a valid international driving license, and possess full eligibility to live and work within the European Union (EU).
- Must be willing and able to self-sponsor the required Type Rating training (on C510 or C525), estimated at €33,000 plus applicable VAT, if not already type-rated.
- Availability and flexibility to commence Type Rating training on short notice.
- Must reside within a 60-minute commuting distance (by car) of one of the designated operational bases to support timely duty dispatch and return. Designated airports include: Vienna (LOWW), Linz (LOWL), Salzburg (LOWS), London (e.g., EGLL, EGGK), Munich (EDDM), Rome (e.g., LIRA, LIRF), Milan (e.g., LIML, LIMC), Amsterdam (EHAM), Zurich (LSZH), Geneva (LSGG), and Barcelona (LEBL).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in business aviation or corporate jet operations is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to candidates with permanent residency or those willing to relocate to Austria.
Compensation and Benefits Package
