Exceptional Business Aviation Pilot (C510/C525) – Minimum Requirements
The organization invites highly qualified and motivated aviation professionals to apply for a demanding yet rewarding pilot position within its premier business aviation fleet. Candidates must rigorously satisfy the following mandatory and preferred criteria to be considered for this exceptional opportunity.
Licensing, Certifications, and Experience
- The applicant must possess a current EASA Part-FCL Commercial Pilot License (CPL) coupled with a 'frozen' ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) and a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate.
- A valid EASA Part-FCL Medical Certificate Class 1 is strictly required.
- Candidates should preferably hold an ICAO English Language Proficiency endorsement at Level 5 or higher.
- Applicants must document a minimum of 250 total flight hours, ideally gained within an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) operational environment.
- Prior experience in high-end business aviation operations is considered a significant advantage.
Type Rating and Training Commitment (Mandatory)
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Applicants who are not currently Type Rated on the Citation C510 (Mustang) or C525 series aircraft MUST be fully capable and willing to self-sponsor the required Type Rating training.
- This required training involves an estimated cost of approximately €33,000 (plus applicable value-added tax).
- Furthermore, the candidate must demonstrate flexibility and readiness to commence the Type Rating training program on short notice.
Professionalism, Eligibility, and Operational Standards
- Successful candidates must hold an unrestricted passport, a valid international driving license, and possess full eligibility to legally live and work within the European Union.
- The selected pilot is expected to consistently represent the Company in a professional, respectful, and exemplary manner while demonstrating a commitment to supporting all team members, partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Preferred consideration will be given to candidates who possess permanent residency in Austria and/or express a willingness to relocate to Austria.
- A critical operational requirement is the ability to commute from the candidate's residence to one of the designated operational bases within a maximum of 60 minutes by car to support timely duty dispatch and return. These designated airports include:
