Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Ensures the paramount safety and efficient operation of the aircraft, along with the well-being of all crew members and passengers.
Assumes comprehensive responsibility for aircraft airworthiness, meticulous assessment of weather conditions impacting flight, strict adherence to flight regulations, and precise execution of air traffic control procedures.
Effectively utilizes all available tools and technological aids to optimize safety protocols both in flight and on the ground.
Demonstrates complete ownership of safety across all responsibilities, performance metrics, and professional conduct, thereby guaranteeing the successful execution of every flight mission.

Skills and Qualifications

Possession of a valid FAA Airmen Certificate.
Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Holding a valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s permit.
An Airbus 320 Type Rating is highly preferred.
A minimum of 1500 total flight hours is required.
Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a valid passport throughout employment.
Capacity to travel internationally without restrictions to and from the United States.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.

Physical Demands

The role requires specific physical capabilities to perform essential functions successfully. Candidates must regularly engage in communication (talking/hearing) and frequently stand, walk, use hands for manipulation and feeling, and reach with arms. Occasional requirements include sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The position involves frequent lifting and moving of objects up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Necessary visual acuities encompass close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
