Key Responsibilities of the Helicopter Pilot:
- Coordinates and communicates effectively with dispatch personnel, medical crew members, and ground contacts to ensure seamless and timely transport operations.
- Operates the aircraft with meticulous precision in strict accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual guidelines and established company operational standards.
- Prioritizes flight safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to all aviation protocols in every aspect of aircraft operation.
Minimum Flight Hour Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive and proven flight record, including the following minimums:
- A minimum of 2,000 total helicopter flight hours.
- At least 1,000 helicopter Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
- A substantial 1,000 turbine helicopter flight hours.
- A minimum of 200 helicopter night flight hours, which may encompass both aided and/or unaided operations.
