The successful candidate performs vital functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards:
- Operates advanced rotorcraft to safely transport patients and customers between various locations and medical facilities, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of medical experts.
- Maintains stringent operational readiness by conducting thorough pre-flight inspections and ensuring the aircraft is fully prepared for immediate dispatch, adhering strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Executes all flight duties in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company safety protocols.
Minimum Professional Qualifications
Prospective applicants must meet the following mandatory flight experience and certification requirements:
- Possession of a current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
- Mandatory possession of a Helicopter Instrument Rating.
- Must hold a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate, at minimum.
- A demonstrable minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours accumulated in helicopter operations.
