Requirements for the Captain A320 position include:
- Type qualification on the A320 aircraft.
- Holding a valid EASA pilot license.

- Corporate aviation experience is preferred.
- Fluency as a French speaker.
- Ability to operate from an open base.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
