Position Overview
Global Crossing Airlines (GlobalX) is seeking experienced, dedicated, and professional Flight Attendants to elevate the onboard customer service experience. Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a sense of adventure.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Successfully complete four weeks of initial new hire training.

Execute directives provided by the lead flight attendant.

Deliver professional and efficient service to all passengers.

Uphold the Global Crossing Airlines brand with integrity and professionalism.

Adhere to company standards regarding attendance, personal grooming, and appearance.

Conduct preflight briefings and comprehensive preflight checks, including emergency equipment, aircraft supplies, catering verification, and cabin sanitation.

Maintain effectiveness under stress and adapt to diverse operational duties.

Demonstrate safety procedures, enforce regulations, and maintain an uncompromising dedication to safety.

Manage cabin preparation, passenger boarding, carry-on stowage, and food and beverage service.

Maintain availability for reserve scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Travel away from base for extended periods as required.

Perform additional safety and compliance-related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen.

Minimum age of 21 years.
-
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Ability to work a minimum 70-hour guarantee.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English.

Must successfully complete the Inflight Training Program, including Initial and Annual Recurrent Training.

Strong attention to detail.

Must meet height requirements for the aircraft cabin and be able to sit comfortably in the jump seat.

Professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings.

Ability to pass a ten-year background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check.

Must meet all FAA regulatory requirements for the jump seat.

Ability to swim with the assistance of a life vest.
Physical Demands
Employees must be able to perform the following physical tasks:

Regularly talk or hear.

Frequently stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and push carts weighing up to 250 pounds.

Maintain specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Travel Requirements
This position requires extensive travel, including weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.
