Pilot Recruitment Criteria
Candidates are invited to review the comprehensive minimum requirements for pilot positions at Global Airways. While type ratings are not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided, specific flight experience and licensing qualifications are essential.
Flight Experience Requirements:
- EASA CPL/ATPL Holders: A minimum of 500 flight hours is required on turbojet or transport category aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Mass (MTOM) exceeding 10 tons, or aircraft configured for more than 19 passengers.
- EASA ATPL Subject Achievers: Alternatively, candidates who have achieved all EASA ATPL subjects and possess 500 flight hours on turbojet or transport category aircraft with a MTOM greater than 10 tons, or aircraft seating more than 19 passengers, will be considered.
- SACAA Licence Validation Holders: A minimum of 1500 flight hours is required, with significant experience as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Co-pilot on Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA).
Licensing and Medical Qualifications:
- A valid Frozen ATPL, Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) rating are mandatory.
- The airline is open to applications from pilots holding EASA and SACAA licenses.
- A current Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- Candidates must possess an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher.
