Successful completion of instruction according to § 42 Infection Protection Act and a valid background check (ZÜP) are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be at least 20 years of age, with a minimum height of 1.60m. They must be business fluent in English, while proficiency in German and other foreign languages is considered advantageous. The candidate should reside within 90 minutes of the workplace for on-call availability. The role requires a high level of commitment, the ability to perform under pressure, a strong service orientation, and flexibility with regards to working hours and locations. Candidates should have their own mobile phone, access to a PC with good IT skills, and a passport with unlimited validity (or a valid residence and work permit for non-EU citizens).
