Without appreciable direction, this position is responsible for instructing technicians and operators on collecting, assessing, exploiting, interpreting, and analyzing imagery, databases and other data sources.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Delivers training on collecting, assessing, exploiting, interpreting, and analyzing imagery, databases, and other data sources.
+ Delivers training on conducting real-time communication and distribution of multi-source information with aircrew and ground assets during all phases of flight.
+ Develops and verifies procedures and syllabus coursework for new and existing systems features.
+ Develops and maintains appropriate products, reports and records, if required.
+ Leads mission planning, execution, briefing, and debriefing.
+ Represents the Company as a technical contact on assigned contracts, projects, and demonstrations.
+ Interacts with engineering in the development of new and existing technologies.
+ Ensures standardization of Company procedures and practices.
+ Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
+ Adhere to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) as they pertain to the export and transfer of technical services, data, and products.
+ Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
+ Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:
+ Typically requires technical training in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR); or equivalent military imagery analysis AFSC/MOS/NEC training, or a related military or civilian discipline, and six or more years progressive experience (1,500+ hours) in UAV operations, aviation, imagery analysis and exploitation, and/or intelligence products delivery.
+ Proficient in airborne ISR operations; able to train and supervise on tasks using a variety of sensors.
+ Able to instruct on collecting, compiling, interpreting, and analyzing technical data.
+ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Able to accurately interface with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and aircrew.
+ An extensive understanding of UAV and regulatory principles, theories, and concepts.
+ A detailed understanding of UAVs, tactical reconnaissance, and aviation principles.
+ Able to work both independently and lead in a team environment, if necessary, work extended hours.
+ Detailed knowledge of computer operations and applications.​​
+ ​Desired:
+ A detailed understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum as it applies to airborne sensors, radar theory and interpretation, principles of maritime operations, and multi-sensor concepts of operation.
+ Maritime ISR experience in maritime patrol fixed-wing, rotary-wing, or remotely operated systems.
+ Able to obtain an FAA Class II medical certificate.
+ Able to obtain a Secret clearance.
