Essential Requirements

  • Valid EASA Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • Current EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Valid EU Passport holder.
  • Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
  • Minimum of 2,000 flight hours on multi-pilot, multi-engine turbine aircraft (CS-25 category).
  • Minimum of 1,000 command flight hours on a CS-25 aircraft.
  • Unblemished criminal record.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership, a strong commitment to safety, effective mentorship capabilities, and a high standard of professional excellence.

Onboarding Process

The candidate selection process includes the following stages:

  • Initial telephone interview conducted by GOOSE recruitment.
  • Completion of an online quiz and assessment.
  • A comprehensive two-day assessment center, including flight simulator evaluations, with flights and accommodation provided.
