EASA Licensed Airbus Captain (CS-25 Experience Required)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A valid European Union (EU) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • A current and valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Proficiency in English, demonstrated by an ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU, holding a valid EU Passport.
  • A minimum of 4000 total flight hours accumulated.
  • A minimum of 2000 flight hours on multi-pilot, multi-engine turbine airplanes (CS-25 category).
  • A minimum of 1000 flight hours in Command on a CS-25 aircraft.
  • A verifiable clean criminal record.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, a strong commitment to aviation safety, effective mentorship capabilities, and a high standard of professional excellence.

Onboarding Process

Prospective candidates will undergo a structured onboarding process, which includes:

  • An initial telephone interview conducted by GOOSE.
  • Completion of an online assessment and quiz.
  • A comprehensive 2-day assessment center, with flights and accommodation provided.
