About the Role

A growing private aviation operation based in the Phoenix, Arizona area is seeking experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC) candidates to join a newly delivered Challenger 850. This role offers long-term stability, a modern aircraft platform, and an attractive lifestyle compared to traditional corporate aviation. The operation is building its flight crew and will initially operate with a two-pilot crew structure, expanding as operations mature. Flying will encompass a mix of private owner operations and Part 135 charter activity, providing a varied and dynamic environment.

• Second in Command (SIC): Approximately $120,000 - $140,000
• Location Preference: Candidates should be based within commuting distance of the greater Phoenix area, particularly Southern Arizona.

Requirements

• Experience on Challenger 850 / CRJ platform aircraft
• Experience in regional jet operations
• Experience in corporate aviation
• Experience in Part 135 or comparable commercial operations
• Strong CRM and decision-making skills
