Job Description

Fugro is seeking a skilled Aerial Survey Pilot to serve as Pilot in Command for its geospatial mapping service line. This role utilizes state-of-the-art remote sensing technology to transform spatial data for resource assessment, mitigation, transportation, utilities, emergency and asset management, and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and champion Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection in all operations.
• Conduct aerial mapping missions and coordinate airspace with Air Traffic Control.
• Maintain flight operations in Rapid City, SD.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Possession of a Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot Certificate and an IFR Rating.
• Must hold a valid passport and driver's license.
• Minimum of 500 total flight hours, with at least 50 multi-engine hours.
• Professional aerial mapping experience as Pilot in Command is required.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel for extended periods (30-45 days), often with short notice.
• Multi-Engine FAA ATP is preferred.
• A minimum of 750 total flight hours and 100 multi-engine hours are preferred.
• Experience in C-441, C-310, and/or PA-31-350 is desired.
