About the Role
Frontier Airlines is seeking a motivated Inflight Experience Operations Strategy Intern to support strategic initiatives in Denver, CO. This internship focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, crew performance, and the overall inflight customer experience through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic project support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and refine tracking systems to enhance operational consistency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes for increased efficiency and enhanced experience.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives with teams such as IT, PMO, and Finance.
- Support project timelines, documentation, and preparation for key inflight initiatives.
- Design and document standardized workflows and operating procedures.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating tools to improve crew efficiency and self-service capabilities.
- Contribute to user testing and feedback analysis for technology projects.
- Help maintain communication with internal partners, flight attendants, and industry vendors.
- Draft presentations and project updates for leadership.
- Support the development of performance metrics for operational effectiveness.
- Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Aviation Management, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks for airport security access privileges, if applicable.
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent office and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of PC and MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
