Frontier Airlines is seeking a motivated Inflight Experience Operations Strategy Intern for a full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO. This internship focuses on supporting strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, crew performance, and the overall inflight customer experience through data analysis, process improvement, and project support.

About the Role

The Inflight Experience Operations Strategy Intern will collaborate with the Director of Inflight Customer Experience Operations on projects impacting crew-facing processes, technology, service delivery, and operational performance. This role provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies within a fast-paced airline environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for leadership visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Create sustainable tracking systems to improve operational consistency and organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and enhanced employee/customer experience.
• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives with teams such as IT, PMO, Finance, and Airport Affairs.
• Support project timelines, documentation, and meeting preparation for major inflight initiatives.
• Design and document standardized workflows, process maps, and operating procedures.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating tools to improve crew efficiency and self-service capabilities.
• Contribute to user testing, requirements gathering, and feedback analysis for technology projects.
• Help maintain communication with internal partners, flight attendants, and industry vendors.
• Draft presentations, briefs, and project updates for leadership.
• Support the development of performance metrics for operational effectiveness.
• Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and program guidelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Aviation Management, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks for airport security identification display areas (SIDA) access, if applicable.
• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent office and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PC, MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
