Flight Attendant Recruiter

. This pivotal role involves managing the full-cycle strategic recruitment and talent acquisition process for Flight Attendant and Inflight operations positions, ensuring Frontier Airlines attracts and secures top aviation talent.
About the Role

Engage in full-cycle strategic Inflight department recruitment for Flight Attendant and Inflight operations positions.

Collaborate closely with Inflight department management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Screen candidate resumes based on qualifications, position requirements, and hiring leader preferences.

Develop and conduct competency/behavioral-based interview questions and assessments to thoroughly evaluate candidates.

Oversee the entire hiring process, providing regular updates to hiring leaders and adapting recruitment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Educate hiring managers and employees on best practices for hiring processes and guidelines.

Assist the Inflight department with scheduling recruiting events and preparing customized offer packets, including any required pre-employment training materials.

Customize sourcing strategies for each requisition, considering the specific needs of the hiring leader, cost-efficiency, and position characteristics.

Travel in- and out-of-state (approximately 10%) to represent Frontier Airlines at career fairs and recruiting events.

Schedule and facilitate pre-employment compliance processes, such as fingerprinting and drug screens, coordinating with team members for timely completion.

Create descriptive and appealing requisitions within the Talent Management System, ensuring all posting requirements are met.

Maintain current knowledge of compliance issues related to FAA, EEO, Title VII, and OFCCP guidelines, acting as a subject matter expert for staffing, recruiting, hiring, and interviewing processes.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant human resources experience.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Airline recruitment or Inflight operations experience is preferred.
