About the Role

Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is currently seeking qualified candidates to join their First Officer Talent Pool. This initiative aims to build a pipeline of pilots who will receive priority placement into future training classes. The role offers significant turbine flight time, comprehensive all-weather operational experience, and a clear pathway for career advancement to Captain. FRE/ACE operates a significant cargo and passenger air charter service across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, maintaining a consistent operational tempo with approximately 350 weekly departures.

Responsibilities

Serve as First Officer, gaining experience and preparing for Captain upgrade.
Operate aircraft in various weather conditions across North America and the Caribbean.
Contribute to the safe and reliable transport of cargo and passengers.

Requirements

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land (CMEL) rating and Instrument Rating.
Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Minimum 1,000 hours of total flight time.
Minimum 500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
Minimum 50 hours of instrument time in an actual aircraft.
Minimum 50 hours of multi-engine PIC time.
Must be instrument current and proficient.
Possess a valid US Passport with at least 36 months remaining validity from the start of training.
Be a US Citizen or possess legal authorization to work in the United States and travel internationally without restrictions.
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Ability to obtain airport security credentials, including FBI/CHRC clearance.
Ability to pass all criminal background checks and a FAA/DOT pre-employment drug test.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Willingness to sign a 3-year Training Agreement.

Qualifications

First Officer experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with turbine aircraft operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary structure with mileage-based pay.
Potential first-year earnings range from $50,600 to $67,000.
Potential second-year earnings range from $100,700 to $108,600.
Potential earnings over a 5-year period up to $690,000.
Per diem rates of up to $67/day domestically and $132/day internationally.
