About the Role
Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is seeking a full-time Flight Coordinator to join our team at our operations base in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Online bidding for air charters.
- Interacting with customers via telephone and email.
- Scheduling, dispatching, and releasing pilots for trips.
- Coordinating FBO services and hotel rooms.
Qualifications
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Preferred aviation experience in charter sales, flight coordination, aircraft operations, and/or aviation-related customer service.
- Must be a United States citizen or have the legal right to work in the United States.
