Position: First Officer (A320)
Location: Paderborn or Leipzig, Germany

Role Summary:
Freebird Airlines Europe is recruiting First Officers for its Airbus A320 fleet. The airline is looking for candidates, whether A320 type-rated or non-type-rated, who are enthusiastic about contributing to a multinational crew and the continued success of the company. Prospective pilots should meticulously review the qualifications, experience, and requirements detailed below.
Key Responsibilities:
As a First Officer, individuals will support the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of A320 aircraft, adhering to all company policies and aviation regulations. Contributions to a positive and collaborative crew environment are essential.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated safety-oriented mindset and a profound sense of responsibility.
- Strong motivation to be an integral part of a multinational crew, contributing to its success and continuous growth.
- A team-oriented attitude characterized by respect and care for fellow crew members and colleagues.
- Valid EASA Part-FCL license with ATPL theory knowledge.
- Valid A320 type rating (for type-rated candidates).
- Minimum 2000 hours of flight experience on the A320 type (for type-rated candidates).
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum ICAO English Level 5 proficiency.
- Last flight conducted within the preceding 12 months.
- Clean criminal record.
- Ability to reach the assigned base within 60 minutes during standby duties.
- Residency in close proximity to company bases or willingness to relocate.
