First Officer Position at Freebird Airlines
Freebird Airlines, a prominent charter airline established in 2000 in Türkiye, is currently accepting applications for the position of First Officer. This represents a unique opportunity for experienced First Officers to join a well-established company in a permanent role. The airline seeks A320 type-rated First Officers who are willing to be based in Antalya and meet the following qualifications and requirements.
Candidates must possess a valid CPL/ATPL(A) license issued in accordance with EASA-FCL or ICAO standards, which must also be accepted by the Turkish DGCA. A valid Class 1 medical certificate issued under EASA-MED or ICAO standards, also accepted by the Turkish DGCA, is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 500 flight hours on the A320. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum ICAO level 4 English proficiency. The maximum age for applicants is 40 years old. Furthermore, candidates must not have any administrative penalty from any Civil Aviation Authority and must not have been involved in any aviation-related incident or accident. A clean criminal record, with no criminal archive record, is required. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year university is essential, preferably in an engineering faculty, aviation studies, or a related field with physics and mathematics in the curriculum. Finally, Military service must be completed or deferred for at least two years.
