Key Responsibilities:

As a Commander at Freebird Airlines Europe, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Airbus A320 aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures. You will be a key member of the flight crew, leading and coordinating the activities of the flight attendants and co-pilots.

Qualifications:

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued in accordance with EASA-FCL.
• Valid Airbus A320 type rating.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate issued in accordance with EASA-MED.
• Minimum 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on the A320 family.
• Minimum 2,500 total flight hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) greater than or equal to 27,000 kg.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an airline pilot.
• A clean record with no administrative penalties from any Civil Aviation Authority and no involvement in any aviation-related accidents.
• Maximum age of 62.
• Minimum ICAO Level 5 English proficiency.
• Eligibility to work within the European Union.
• Criminal free record.
• Ability to reach the base in Leipzig within 60 minutes during stand-by duties.
