This part-time position, based at the state-of-the-art S.J. As an FVTC Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aviation by:
- Designing and delivering engaging, learner-centered instruction, utilizing innovative teaching methods and incorporating alternative delivery strategies.

Qualifications for a Successful Takeoff
We seek individuals who possess a passion for aviation and a commitment to educational excellence. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Associate Degree holders with significant experience may be considered).
- A minimum of two years of recent occupational experience in aviation, with preference given to candidates with five or more years.
- Active CFI, CFII, and CFI-ME certifications.
- The ability to maintain a Class I or II medical certificate, a current Flight Review (FAR 61.56), and a current CFI certificate (FAR 61.197).
- A valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with FAR 121 experience, 3000+ hours total time (including 2000+ hours PIC and 50+ hours instrument), at least 24 months and 500 hours of dual instruction experience as a Flight Instructor, and familiarity with aircraft such as the Cessna 172 and Beechcraft BE-76.
