Norse is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Seasonal Cabin Crew for the Winter 2026/27 season. Based at London Gatwick (LGW), this full-time temporary position involves operating the state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner on intercontinental routes.

Requirements

Must be 20 years of age or older.

Minimum height of 5ft 2inches (157cm).

Possess a valid passport with the legal right to work and reside in the UK.

Hold the legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all international countries.

Ability to report to London Gatwick (LGW) within 120 minutes when on standby duty.

Capable of flying intercontinental routes.

Demonstrate flexibility for a demanding schedule, operating 24/7/365.

Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol screening.

Meet all specified physical requirements essential for the role.

Ability to swim and float in water, and effectively assist others.

Previous Boeing 787 (B787) experience is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications

Completed education to a minimum of High School level or comparable.
