What are the requirements?

Current ICAO/FAA or EASA (preferred) Flight Instructor Certificate
-
Valid Medical Class I
-
ICAO ELP (Lev 4)
-
Valid SEP & MEP
-
Last flight within preceding 6 months (preferable)
What are your responsibilities?

Provide instruction on aircraft systems, training maneuvers, procedures, and other flight-related subjects both on the ground and in the aircraft during a flight

Conduct preflight/post-flight debriefings and provide in-flight instruction to ensure students have a thorough understanding and comprehension of the training materials

Maintain the required quality of flight training standards

Maintain policies and procedures of the Operations Manual

See that all Academy goals are met, including pass rate, timely student completion, student flight hour limitations, timely completion of student’s training records, and making recommendations to the Group Manager for corrective action to be taken when issues arise

Ensure that the assigned student’s training record and folder is tracked and updated in accordance with our policy

Provide customer service oriented and professional instruction according to our policy

Must be able to work a full-time schedule, 5 days per week with schedule flexibility
