Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew Member serves as a dedicated ambassador for the airline, committed to fostering customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image at all times. This role is instrumental in enhancing the overall passenger experience by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and comfort of all travelers throughout every flight cycle. The individual must consistently maintain operational readiness and fitness, adhering strictly to established productivity standards, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Conduct
- Ensures timely attendance, impeccable personal grooming, and the necessary physical and legal readiness for all assigned flights.
- Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to confirm comprehensive understanding of flight details, role assignments, operational targets, and critical security procedures.
Safety and Security Measures
- Provides clear and comprehensive instructions to passengers on all safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary, providing compassionate and effective care.
- Promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, as appropriate, to ensure immediate resolution.
Exceptional Customer Service
- Warmly welcomes passengers and assists efficiently with all boarding formalities.
- Accurately enters necessary flight data into the aircraft logbook, adhering to airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Provides constant, excellent customer service by proactively attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and diverse passenger needs.
- Identifies and offers support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual.
- Actively contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and supports the “Charity Cloud” program through the efficient promotion and sale of on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensures the proper and secure handling of all cash and credit card payments received from sales and donations.
Operational Checks and Reporting
- Carries out thorough pre-flight checks to verify the availability of sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items prior to take-off. Any deficiencies are reported promptly to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is meticulously cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before subsequent flights.
- Ensures an orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Conducts post-flight briefings and prepares assessment reports in accordance with adopted policies and procedures, including objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight discrepancies, and securing duty-free containers.
- Is accountable to the Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers and is prepared to undertake the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains the highest level of professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring all licenses remain current.
- Contributes effectively to team efforts by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Maximum age for Cabin Crew applicants: 28 years.
- Maximum age for Lead Cabin Crew applicants: 36 years.
- Attested Secondary School Certificate (SSC/O-Level equivalent) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC/A-Level equivalent).
- Possession of a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) and Passport.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in other languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Minimum height requirement: 160 cm for females, 170 cm for males.
- Weight must be proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin, free from visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties effectively.
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply for the Cabin Crew position.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew members are eligible to apply for the Lead Cabin Crew position.

- Attested Matriculation (SSC/O-Level equivalent) and Intermediate (HSC/A-Level equivalent) Marksheets and Certificates from the respective educational board.
- Updated National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Valid Passport.
Assessment Day Attire Guidelines
Candidates attending the assessment day are expected to present themselves professionally, adhering to the following guidelines:
- Hair:
- Females: Hair to be worn up/pulled back in a classic bun or French twist.
- Males: Hair should be neatly presented.
- Makeup/Face:
- Females: Full makeup is required.
- Males: Face should be clean-shaven.
- Dress Code:
- Females: Suit/Smart business attire, including a jacket and a plain blouse (preferably black, grey, or dark blue).
- Males: Suit/Smart business attire.
- Shoes:
- Females: Formal classic heels.
- Males: Formal work shoes.
