Cabin Crew Member
Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew Member serves as the airline's dedicated ambassador, striving to cultivate customer loyalty and consistently promote a positive corporate image. This pivotal role involves enhancing the overall passenger experience by delivering exceptional customer service while rigorously ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all individuals throughout the entire flight cycle. The ideal candidate maintains peak operational readiness and fitness, performing all duties in strict adherence to company policies, adopted procedures, and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities
Safety and Security Protocols
- Ensures meticulous adherence to timely attendance, proper grooming standards, physical fitness, and legal readiness for all assigned flights. Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to assimilate flight details, role assignments, security checks, and boarding procedures.
- Instructs passengers on all mandatory safety procedures, safeguarding their comfort and security throughout the journey.
- Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement immediate remedial actions in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid promptly and effectively to passengers where necessary.
- Reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain without delay.
Exceptional Customer Service
- Extends a warm welcome to passengers and provides comprehensive assistance with boarding formalities. Accurately records essential data into the aircraft logbook, complying with airline and Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
- Delivers consistently outstanding customer service, attentively addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and diverse passenger needs.
- Identifies and provides compassionate assistance to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant guidelines.
- Actively contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and supports the “Charity Cloud” program through effective promotion of in-flight meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensures the secure and accurate handling of all cash and credit card payments processed for individual sales and donations.
Operational Excellence and Reporting
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to verify the adequacy of supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified equipment prior to departure. Reports any deficiencies promptly to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in overseeing the comprehensive cleaning of the aircraft cabin during transit, and confirms sufficient re-catering and duty-free product replenishment before subsequent flights.
- Facilitates an orderly and complete handover or takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance personnel.
- Participates in post-flight briefings and completes assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures, including objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and ensuring the proper closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and is prepared to assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
Continuous Professional Development
- Maintains a high level of professional and safety knowledge by actively participating in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring all licenses and certifications remain current.
- Collaborates effectively with the team to achieve collective results and meet allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements
Note: Candidates are welcome to attend open house events without a prior invitation.
- Age:
- Minimum Age: 18 years.
- Maximum Age for Cabin Crew: 28 years.
- Maximum Age for Lead Cabin Crew: 36 years.
- Education:
- Attested Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or O-Level equivalent (copy of mark sheet and certificate, with equivalency attestation).
- Attested Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or A-Level equivalent (copy of mark sheet and certificate, with equivalency attestation).
- Documentation:
- Valid National Identity Card (CNIC) and Passport.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Physical Standards:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm for Females, 170 cm for Males.
- Weight must be in proportion to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Experience:
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply for the Cabin Crew position.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew members will be considered for the Lead Cabin Crew position.

Candidates attending the assessment day are expected to adhere to the following grooming standards:
- Hair:
- Females: Hair must be neatly styled up/pulled back in a classic bun or French twist.
- Males: Hair must be neatly presented.
- Makeup/Face:
- Females: Full professional makeup is required.
- Males: Face must be clean-shaven.
- Dress Code:
- Females: Smart business attire (suit, jacket, and a plain blouse) in black, grey, or dark blue.
- Males: Smart business attire (suit).
- Shoes:
- Females: Formal classic heels.
- Males: Formal work shoes.
