Cabin Crew Position
This role serves as an ambassador for the airline, striving to cultivate customer loyalty and uphold a positive corporate image through excellence in passenger experience. The Cabin Crew member ensures the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle, while maintaining a high level of productivity in accordance with established measures and company policies.
Key Result Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Ensure timely arrival, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights.
- Attend the pre-flight briefing to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, security checks, boarding procedures, and other relevant information.
Safety Measures:
- Instruct passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identify potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administer first aid to passengers as needed.
- Promptly inform the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities, accurately entering data into the aircraft logbook according to airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following the guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual and relevant instructions.
- Contribute to maximizing on-board revenue and the “Charity Cloud” program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensure the secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations managed by the Cabin Crew member.
Crosschecking and Reporting:
- Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment are available before takeoff. Report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.
- Assist in ensuring thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin at transit stations and adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying.
- Ensure orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Carry out post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures, providing objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any problems or discrepancies on the flight, and closing and sealing duty-free containers.
- Account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assume the duties of the ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated as such by the Captain.
- Maintain necessary professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness through recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, educational workshops, and by ensuring a current license.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Maximum age: 28 years for Cabin Crew and 36 years for Lead Cabin Crew.
- Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation.
- Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation.
- Valid CNIC and Passport.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Minimum height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: To be in proportion to age and height.
- Clear skin with no marks or tattoos that would be visible while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically/physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Fresh candidates can apply for Cabin Crew positions.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for Lead Cabin Crew positions.
