Cabin Crew Position
Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member serves as the airline's ambassador, fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. This is achieved by consistently delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle, and maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Ensures punctual attendance, maintains professional grooming standards, and adheres to all fitness and legal requirements for assigned flights.
- Actively participates in pre-flight briefings, ensuring understanding of flight details, roles, targets, security procedures, boarding protocols, and other relevant information.
Safety Measures:
- Provides clear and concise instructions to passengers regarding safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when required.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Greets passengers warmly and assists with boarding formalities, accurately recording relevant data in the aircraft logbook according to Airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Proactively delivers exceptional customer service, attending to pre-flight requests and individual needs of passengers.
- Recognizes and provides support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributes to revenue generation and the success of the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting onboard meals, products, and charitable services, striving to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments for sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to confirm sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment prior to takeoff, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as necessary.
- Assists in maintaining a clean and organized aircraft cabin at transit stations, ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before departure.
- Facilitates a smooth and complete handover/takeover of the cabin between catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports adhering to established policies and procedures. Provides objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reports any flight-related issues or discrepancies, and ensures proper closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Serves as the designated "Cabin Supervisor" when instructed by the Captain.
- Maintains professional and safety knowledge by participating in recurrent trainings, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensures current license requirements are met.
- Contributes to team goals by consistently accomplishing related tasks and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:

- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 Years
- Attested Secondary School Certificate (SSC) (Copy of Mark Sheet & Certificate) / O-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) (Copy of Mark Sheet & Certificate) / A-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Valid National Identity Card (CNIC) and Passport.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Fresh candidates can apply for the Cabin Crew position.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
