Cabin Crew - Fly Jinnah
Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Fly Jinnah, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. This role encompasses enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring all passenger needs, including services, safety, security, comfort, and well-being, are met throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member is also responsible for ensuring that the Cabin Crew team is prepared and fit to fly in accordance with established measures and company policies and procedures.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Cabin Crew member with any airline, with at least one year of experience preferably in the capacity of Senior Cabin Crew or Cabin Supervisor. Experience with low-cost airlines is considered an advantage.
- Education: A Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role. A diploma in Travel and Tourism is considered a plus.
- Documentation:
- Valid Passport holder.
- Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation.
- Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation.
- (Note: Candidates with A/O Levels are required to obtain separate equivalency certificates for O-Level and A-Level, along with attestation of each certificate copy. Combined equivalency is not acceptable).
- Other Requirements:
- Valid CNIC holder.
- Familiarity with CA regulations, IATA principles and standards, licensing, SOPs, flight operations, security, safety, and ground operations policies and procedures.
- Active cabin crew license is mandatory.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is required.
- Fit to fly, possessing good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are considered an advantage.
