Job Purpose:
As an ambassador for the airline, the Cabin Crew Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring passenger satisfaction and promoting a positive brand image. This is achieved by providing exceptional customer service throughout the flight cycle, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort at all times. Maintaining peak fitness and adhering to company policies and procedures are essential to achieving productivity goals.
Key Result Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Arrive punctually, maintain impeccable grooming standards, and ensure personal fitness and legal compliance for all assigned flights.
- Actively participate in pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand role distribution, review targets, and comply with security and boarding procedures.
Safety Measures:
- Deliver clear and concise safety instructions to passengers, guaranteeing their well-being throughout the flight.
- Proactively identify potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement appropriate remedial actions in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administer first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as required.
Customer Service:
- Extend a warm welcome to passengers and assist with boarding formalities, meticulously recording necessary data in the aircraft logbook as per airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Skillfully identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and relevant instructions.
- Actively contribute to maximizing on-board revenue and support the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conduct thorough pre-flight checks to verify adequate supplies, including emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified items. Report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assist in maintaining a pristine cabin environment, ensuring thorough cleaning at transit stations and replenishing catering and duty-free products as needed.
- Oversee a smooth and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Complete post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures. This includes providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, documenting any in-flight problems or discrepancies, and ensuring the proper closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Report passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assume the responsibilities of the 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
- Maintain up-to-date professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training sessions, emergency procedures drills, educational workshops, and maintaining a current license.
- Contribute proactively to the team's success by achieving allocated sales targets, accomplishing related tasks, and striving for overall operational excellence.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Open House Recruitment: Interested candidates are welcome to attend the open house event without a formal invitation.
- Age: Minimum 18 years old. Maximum age for Cabin Crew is 28 years; for Lead Cabin Crew, 36 years.
- Education:
- Attested Secondary School Certificate (SSC) / O-Level or equivalent with attested copies of the mark sheet and certificate.
- Attested Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / A-Level or equivalent with attested copies of the mark sheet and certificate.

- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
- Physical Requirements:
- Minimum height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Experience: Fresh candidates may apply for the Cabin Crew position. Only experienced Cabin Crew members are eligible for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
