Role Overview
As a member of the flydubai cabin crew, you will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team responsible for delivering a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience to a diverse customer base.
Role Requirements

Minimum age of 20 years.

Minimum height of 158 cm.

Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance in line with flydubai's grooming standards.

No visible tattoos while in uniform.

Possession of a valid passport.

Must be in good health and able to pass an aero medical examination.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Comfortable in water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.

Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Enthusiastic and proactive with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Respectful, adaptable, and willing to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.

Must possess a safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.

Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

International aviation experience is an advantage.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail.
Information Security Requirements

Reads and complies with the company's Information Security policies.

Diligently reports any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.

Completes all required Information Security awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in daily business operations.
Compensation and Benefits

Training Bond:
Approximately USD 2,650 for the first year.

Salary and Allowances:
Monthly approximately USD 2,380 (Basic Salary + Housing Allowance + Transportation Allowance).

Variable Flying Pay:
Average monthly USD 1,200 (based on an average of 90 flying hours).
