Second in Command Pilot
This position requires a dedicated professional to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft as Second in Command, adhering to the directives of the Captain or aircraft Commander, and, when applicable, the First Officer, in both routine and exceptional circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Second in Command Pilot provides continuous support to the Captain to guarantee safe and efficient flight operations.
- They serve as a brand ambassador for the airline, demonstrating exceptional discipline, conduct, and appearance while on duty.
- The pilot is responsible for the duty of care and well-being of both crew and customers.
- They assist the Commander in ensuring proper aircraft fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and servicing.
- The pilot ensures the meticulous execution of duties as outlined in the airline's Operations Manuals.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- High School Diploma required.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Minimum of 225 hours of flying time for candidates aged 20-34, or 1,000 hours for candidates aged 35-50.
- Possession of a GCAA Air-law exam certificate (applicable to foreign license holders).
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- Preference for candidates with proof of completion of military service or proof of military exemption.
- Must hold a 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO.
- Must hold a Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating (CPL/IR) with Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) for Frozen ATPL.

Information Security Responsibilities:
- The Second in Command Pilot must read and comply with the company's Information Security policies.
- They must diligently report any security weaknesses or incidents to the appropriate Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- The pilot is required to complete all mandatory information security awareness sessions and adhere to associated guidelines during daily operations.
