Essential Job Tasks

Conduct comprehensive flight planning, utilizing relevant weather reports and data in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policy.

Verify aircraft airworthiness via thorough preflight inspections in compliance with FARs and company procedures.

Ensure all flight operations are planned, fueled, and executed safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Operate aircraft safely and effectively during duty periods, adhering to Captain instructions, FARs, and internal policies.

Maintain expert knowledge of aircraft equipment, applicable FARs, company manuals, and operational procedures.

Communicate effectively with crew and passengers regarding turbulence or other operational factors.

Manage and complete load manifests for every flight.

Support on-time performance by adhering to all report, departure, and turn-time schedules.

Provide support during terminal operations to ensure the professional handling of passengers, baggage, cargo, and the aircraft.

Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all company attendance policies.

Uphold a professional appearance in accordance with the corporate uniform dress code.

Demonstrate professional conduct at all times, complying with the Flight Operations Manual, Employee Handbook, and associated company policies.

Engage in ongoing professional training to advance performance and operational abilities.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Company or the Chief Pilot.
