The Role

Successful candidates will be integral to Fly LEVEL's operations, responsible for safely and efficiently operating state-of-the-art Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) aircraft. The role demands adherence to the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and passenger comfort, in strict compliance with Fly LEVEL's rigorous procedures and all relevant aviation regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possession of a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL(A)) with Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR) endorsements, or a valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)).
• A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• A minimum of 500 hours total flight time accrued on Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) aircraft.
• Current Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) Type Rating.
• Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
• Demonstrated ICAO Spanish Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Proven flexibility and adaptability to thrive within the dynamic and fast-paced operational environment of a low-cost carrier.

Desirable Qualifications

Candidates possessing the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

• Attainment of an EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)).
• An Airbus A330 Type Rating.
• Significant experience in long-haul flight operations.
