Pilot Instructor - Paris/PC-24

FlightSafety International, the world's leading professional aviation training company, seeks a highly skilled Pilot Instructor to deliver exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction. The selected candidate will uphold aviation regulations and adhere to FlightSafety's rigorous training principles. This position is based in Paris, France, and focuses on PC-24 instruction.

Responsibilities:

The Pilot Instructor will:

  • Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients undertaking core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
  • Develop and prepare training materials to support instruction, aligning with client needs and the applicable curriculum.
  • Evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending qualification or additional training as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate training records for each client, facilitating their achievement of specified objectives.
  • Proactively identify client training issues, seeking assistance before execution.
  • Maintain instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Experience:

Candidates must possess:

  • An FAA ATP and EASA ATPL license (or have previously held such).
  • A minimum of 1,500 hours of experience as a pilot of multi-pilot aircraft.
  • A minimum of 1,500 hours in multi-pilot operations and at least 500 hours of flight time as Pilot in Command (PIC) on single-pilot aircraft.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent fluency in English, including the ability to speak, understand, read, and write proficiently.
  • Excellent listening skills.
