This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training, as well as developing essential training materials to support clients in achieving their aviation goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals through core, specialty, and enrichment training programs.
About the Role

Conduct comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for a diverse range of clients.

Deliver core, specialty, and enrichment training courses tailored to client needs.

Develop and meticulously prepare high-quality training materials, ensuring alignment with the applicable curriculum and client objectives.

Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences, supporting clients throughout their aviation training journey.
Requirements

Possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) from an ICAO member state.

Alternatively, if not holding an ATP or ATPL, candidates must meet the specific requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, without any Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

Willingness and ability to participate fully in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program.
