Aviation Training Specialist
Job Summary
The Aviation Training Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment training courses. This role also involves the development and preparation of high-quality training materials designed to meet client needs and adhere to applicable curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective pilot ground and simulator training sessions.
- Develop, update, and prepare training materials to support diverse client requirements and learning objectives.
- Ensure all training delivery aligns with established curriculum and client expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and methodologies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state. Alternatively, candidates without an ATP certificate must meet the specific requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153.
Additional Requirements
Prospective employees must be able and willing to participate in the company's established DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
