Aviation Training Pilot & Simulator Instructor
The Aviation Training Pilot & Simulator Instructor holds a crucial role, tasked with delivering comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training. This position is central to the development of aviation professionals, ensuring clients receive high-quality instruction across core, specialty, and enrichment training courses. The instructor is responsible for upholding rigorous training standards and contributing to the advancement of aviation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pilot ground and advanced simulator training sessions for clients engaged in core, specialty, or enrichment aviation courses, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Develop, prepare, and meticulously maintain training materials that robustly support the delivery of instruction, ensuring alignment with specific client needs and strict adherence to the applicable curriculum.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state is mandatory.
- In the absence of an ATP certificate, candidates must fully satisfy all requirements stipulated in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Must be able and willing to participate actively in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program, as required by federal regulations for aviation personnel.
