Aviation Training Specialist / Pilot Instructor

Our organization is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Aviation Training Specialist to join its dynamic team. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional pilot training and developing essential educational resources for our diverse client base, contributing significantly to aviation safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training across various programs, including core, specialty, and enrichment courses, ensuring clients achieve their training objectives effectively.
• Design, develop, and meticulously prepare high-quality training materials that effectively support instruction and meet the specific needs of clients, in strict adherence to applicable curricula and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state is mandatory.
• For candidates not holding an ATP certificate, full compliance with the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 is essential, specifically without any Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
• Willingness and ability to participate in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated Drug and Alcohol testing program is a non-negotiable requirement.
