Aviation Training Specialist
The Aviation Training Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment training programs. This role involves the development and preparation of high-quality training materials designed to effectively meet client needs and adhere to applicable curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging pilot ground and simulator training sessions to diverse clientele.
- Create and refine training content, ensuring alignment with client objectives and curriculum requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aviation regulations and training best practices.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is required.
- Alternatively, an Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state will be considered.
- Candidates without an ATP must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR Part 61.153 and 14 CFR Part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Willingness and ability to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program are mandatory.
