Role Overview
The Aviation Training Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training. This position is responsible for conducting core, specialty, and advanced enrichment training courses, ensuring high standards of instruction and client satisfaction within a dynamic aviation training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts pilot ground and simulator training for clients, encompassing core, specialty, and enrichment training courses.
- Develops and meticulously prepares high-quality training materials to effectively support training delivery, ensuring all content meets specific client needs and adheres to applicable curriculum standards.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- In the absence of an ATP certificate, the candidate must fully meet the requirements stipulated in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
Compliance Requirements
- Must be able and willing to participate in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program.
