Aviation Training Instructor
The Aviation Training Instructor assumes a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals by delivering high-quality pilot education and development. This position is crucial for fostering exceptional flight crew expertise through comprehensive ground and simulator instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training sessions for clients participating in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
- Develops, prepares, and refines diverse training materials to ensure effective delivery, meticulously meeting client-specific needs and adhering strictly to applicable curriculum standards.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- For candidates not holding an ATP certificate, fulfillment of all requirements stipulated in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to fully participate in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program as required by federal regulations.
