The organization is actively seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Aviation Training Specialist and Simulator Instructor to join our elite training division. This critical role involves leveraging deep aviation expertise to deliver professional pilot training, develop advanced curriculum materials, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will foster comprehensive understanding and operational excellence among clients receiving specialized instruction.

• The Specialist is responsible for the professional delivery of pilot training, encompassing ground school instruction and high-fidelity simulator sessions for clients engaged in core, specialty, or enrichment curricula.
• This role requires the continuous development, refinement, and preparation of proprietary training materials, ensuring alignment with applicable curriculum requirements and tailored to meet specific client educational needs.

Candidates must satisfy the following stringent requirements for consideration:

• Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
• In the absence of an ATP Certificate, the candidate must demonstrate rigorous adherence to all prerequisites outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically excluding any limitations related to Supervised Operating Experience (SOE).
• Must consent to and participate fully in the company’s mandated Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program.
