Aviation Training Specialist
About the Role
The Aviation Training Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment training courses. This role is crucial in ensuring clients receive high-quality instruction tailored to their specific needs and in accordance with established curricula.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pilot ground and simulator training sessions.
- Develop and prepare effective training materials to support curriculum delivery.
- Adapt training content to meet diverse client requirements.
- Ensure training aligns with applicable regulatory standards and company protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state.
- Alternatively, candidates who do not hold an ATP must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Must be able and willing to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
