Aviation Training Instructor
The Aviation Training Instructor is responsible for conducting pilot ground and simulator training sessions for clients participating in core, specialty, and enrichment training courses. The role involves the development and preparation of comprehensive training materials designed to support effective training delivery, meet client requirements, and comply with established curriculum standards.
Minimum requirements include:
- Participation in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program is required.
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state is mandatory.
- Candidates who do not hold an ATP certificate must fully satisfy the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically ensuring the absence of a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
