The Aviation Training Instructor conducts pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses. He develops and prepares training materials to support training delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and applicable curriculum. The instructor evaluates and measures trainee progress, recommending individuals for qualification or additional training as necessary.
